Buddy at open door

What a Good Boy

Buddy at open door

The wind blew our door ajar today. Our doors beep from an old alarm system that we discontinued then one day the beeps started and we can’t figure out how to turn them off. But they are great when the grandkids are here, little warning bells, and when the wind blows the door open.

No “hello!” from Andy, so I jumped up, wondering if Buddy was still in the house. A lesser dog would have taken the opportunity that open door offered. But not Buddy. He sat there watching something gone wrong, waiting for a human (me) to address the situation.
