Lessons from my garden

snap peas

Do a little bit each day
Realize that it won’t ever all be perfect
It’s a journey, not a destination
There is always something new to learn
Stop and look at what’s going on around you
Work within the rhythms of nature
Plan, then go with the flow
Try new things
Move things around
Accept loss
Share
Save some for later
Be thankful
Be amazed
After the harvest, rest

This blog post started off with the intention of me writing about how to manage a garden while working, too. Then, as I began thinking of things, I realized how they really were good advice for life, too, and so here we are. Lessons from my garden. May I continue to learn….
